Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be provided according to our refund policy. Upon termination of services, we will securely delete or return all data provided by the client, including any copies or backups.

We agree to handle data collected from clients’ databases with the same degree of care and confidentiality as we would our own proprietary information.

Access to data collected from clients’ databases is restricted to authorized personnel only, and we will not disclose or use such data for any purpose other than providing the agreed-upon services.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of California.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
